Property / summary

Szigetvár Hospital supports the provision of the necessary human resources for the operation of the Emergency Patient Care Unit established in connection with TIOP-2.2.6 from the tender source for 24 months. In 2016 the SBO section of Szigetvár Hospital was established from an EU grant. The institution entered into a five-year reservation for the operation of the department. To date, the department has not been able to start its operations due to a lack of human resources. The current management situation of the hospital does not allow the section to be managed mainly by specialists’ salaries. This call for proposals can provide significant support and opportunities for the launch of the SBO department for a period of two years, thus avoiding possible sanctions resulting from partial compliance with the maintenance obligations of the TIOP-2.2.6 tender. Positions to be filled from the application source: • Chief of Emergency Medical Department • Emergency Specialist • Emergency Specialist • Emergency Career • Emergency Assistant • Emergency Dispatcher (English)

A Szigetvári Kórház a TIOP-2.2.6 pályázat kapcsán kialakított Sürgősségi Betegellátó Osztály működtetéséhez szükséges humán erőforrás biztosítását támogatja a pályázati forrásból 24 hónapon keresztül. 2016 év során EU pályázati forrásból kialakításra került a Szigetvári Kórház SBO részlege. A részleg működtetésére 5 év fenntartást vállalt az intézmény. A részleg a működését a mai napig nem tudta megkezdeni humán erőforrás hiány miatt. A kórház jelenlegi gazdálkodási helyzete nem engedi meg a részleg főleg szakorvosi béreinek kigazdálkodását. Jelen pályázati forrás két éven át jelentős támogatást és lehetőséget tud biztosítani az SBO részleg beindításához, ezzel elkerülve a TIOP-2.2.6 pályázat fenntartási kötelezettségeinek részléges teljesüléséből adódó esetleges szankcionálásokat. A pályázati forrásból betölteni kívánt pozíciók: • Sürgősségi Szakorvos Osztályvezető • Sürgősségi Szakorvos • Sürgősségi Szakápolók • Sürgősségi Ápoló • Sürgősségi Asszisztens • Sürgősségi Diszpécser (Hungarian)
