We are writing our application so that families in contact with us can get to know the example and methods of balanced family life management in the context of clubs, group activities, trainings and events, supported by a multi-faceted theme, thus also living their own family life in a more balanced way. The primary target groups of our project are families living in the settlement and having a closer relationship with our association, residents living in a family community, young people who are about to start a family, couples preparing to marry, parents with children, parents who wish to return to the labour market after having children, persons seeking counselling, assistance in matters of relationships, marriage and other family matters, families (families in specific or difficult situations, large families, multi-generational families). They are waiting for trainings, workshops, events, clubs. Priority target group: parents with children living in or in the vicinity of our association, young people preparing to marry, having children, couples, mothers and fathers wishing to return to the labour market after having had children, young people interested in dating and responsible relationship behaviour, and other persons requiring counselling, assistance in couples, marriages and other family matters, persons assisting volunteer work in activities related to the application programme, and employees of enterprises providing local work for the families concerned. Therefore, the development goals are complex: the general objective is to improve social attitudes in relation to the family, children, and having children, and to implement prevention against negative family life phenomena. The main objective of our programmes is to promote a change of mindset at local level on the social importance of the family sector by providing integrated services to support families with young children through small community initiatives such as “family clubs”. Integrated services combine employment, family, parental and health support services and innovative tools. Within the activities we provide counselling, spiritual care and assistance for the organisation of child care by professionals. Counselling mainly concerns issues related to the relationship, marriage, parenting and placement of the child, so that relevant members of local communities can exchange experiences. With group sessions and clubs, we would like to organise the people involved in the topic into a community, a cohesive and supportive informal group, and these regular events are the backbone of our application. We reach young people with teenage trainings and workshops. Building happy relationships and keeping love requires more conscious preparation — learning (in a comprehensive sense) than today’s practice. A stable relationship of true intimacy creates the basis for the completion of the human personality. Small groups include situational exercises, mental health tasks, games that play a major role in illustrating, deepening and developing self-knowledge. This is also helped by counselling, where serious assistance can be made in groups of 6-7 people. At the group and clubs, we hold sessions on family life issues, which are based on the exchange of mutual experiences. Such topics include the beginning of school, the arrival of a brother, the management of intergenerational conflicts, the presence of disabled family members in our daily lives and many interesting topics. During the encounters, memories are recalled, and, listening to each other, we faced each other with the fact that we were not alone with our problems, they were in everyone’s lives — there are difficult life situations, whether old or young. Within the framework of the programme, we plan to provide various counselling services, where we can provide advisory services — and thus individual professional attention — to those who need the most in the given topic. Trainings: Our professionally prepared volunteers, trainers, educators, professionals also provide trainings for high school students and adults, reconciling work and private life, family time management, trust-building, effectiveness, conflict management. The aim of the big events and family days is to allow parents and children to participate in joint programmes that, in addition to strengthening family relationships, help to develop an environmentally friendly and healthy lifestyle. Our long-term goal is: with the help of the support, we widen our activities, encourage local families to join forces, organise joint programs and events, and promote children. Pályázatunkat azért írjuk, hogy a kiegyensúlyozott családi életvezetés példáját, módszereit klubok, csoportfoglalkozások, tréningek, rendezvények kapcsán, sokoldalú tematikával megtámogatva a velünk kapcsolatban álló családok megismerhessék, ezáltal saját családi életvezetésüket is kiegyensúlyozottabban éljék. Projektünk elsődleges célcsoportjai a településen élő, és egyesületünkkel szorosabb kapcsolatban lévő családok, családi közösségben élő lakosok, családalapítás előtt álló fiatalok, házasságkötésre, gyermekvállalásra készülő párok, gyermekes szülők, a gyermekvállalás után a munkaerőpiacra visszatérni szándékozó szülők, párkapcsolati, házassági és egyéb családi ügyekben tanácsadást, segítségnyújtást igénylő személyek, családok (sajátos vagy nehéz helyzetben lévő családok, nagycsaládok, többgenerációs családok). Őket várjuk a tréningekre, foglalkozásokra, rendezvényekre, klubokba. Kiemelt célcsoporti kör: az egyesületünk vonzáskörzetében, vagy környezetében élő gyermekes szülők, házasságkötésre, gyermekvállalásra készülő fiatalok, párok, a gyermekvállalás után a munkaerőpiacra visszatérni kívánó anyák és apák, a társkeresés és a felelős párkapcsolati magatartás iránt érdeklődő fiatalok, és más, párkapcsolati, házassági és egyéb családi ügyekben tanácsadást, segítségnyújtást igénylő személyek, a pályázati programhoz kötődő tevékenységeket önkéntes munkával segítő személyek ,valamint az érintett családoknak helyben munkát adó vállalkozások munkatársai. Ezért a fejlesztési célok komplexek: általános cél a családhoz, a gyermekekhez, a gyermekvállaláshoz kapcsolódó társadalmi viszonyulás javítása, a családi élettel kapcsolatos negatív jelenségekkel szembeni prevenció megvalósítása. Programjaink fő célja a helyi szintű szemléletváltás előmozdítása a családi szféra társadalmi jelentőségével kapcsolatban, integrált szolgáltatások nyújtásával a fiatal gyermekes családok támogatása kis közösségi kezdeményezések, például ún. A csoportfoglalkozásokkal, klubokkal az adott témában érintett embereket szeretnénk közösséggé, összetartó, egymást segítő informális csoporttá szervezni, pályázatunk gerincét ezek a rendszeres események adják. Ebben segítenek a tanácsadások is, ahol 6-7 fős csoportokban komoly segítségnyújtás történhet. Hosszú távú célunk: a támogatás segítségével tevékenységünket szélesíteni, ösztönözni a helyi családokat az összefogására, közös programok, rendezvények szervezésére, illetve a gyermekvállalás népszerűsítése.
