Operacija obsega razvoj spletnega prodajnega portala za načrtovanje in naročanje pohištva po meri za končne kupce (B2C), implementacijo novega poslovnega sistema ERP (xPress, XWork, XCam), uvajanje brezpapirnega poslovanja, povezavo obstoječe tehnologije v informacijski proizvodni sistema MES in ERP za snovno in energetsko učinkovitejše poslovne procese, uvedbo IKT rešitev, ki omogočajo podjetju nadaljevanje dela zaradi omejevalnih ukrepov, uvedbo novega 3-stopenjskega razvojnega poslovnega modela, usposabljanje iz programa Xpress, Xcam in Xwork, poviševanje kibernetske varnosti in investiranje v avtomatizacijo in robotizacijo proizvodnje (manipulatorja s portalno izvedbo za avtomatsko prekladanje kosov).
