Namen javnega razpisa je krepitev usposobljenosti mentorjev v podjetjih za kakovostno izvajanje mentorstva dijakom srednjih poklicnih in srednjih strokovnih šol, ki se praktično usposabljajo z delom, in študentom višjih strokovnih šol, ki se praktično izobražujejo pri delodajalcih, ter ostalim udeležencem drugih oblik praktičnega usposabljanja oz. izobraževanja (vajenci). Za mentorje v podjetjih se bodo izvajala brezplačna vsaj 24 urna usposabljanja, skladno s programom usposabljanja. (Slovenian)

The purpose of the public call is to strengthen the capacity of mentors in companies for the quality implementation of mentoring to students of secondary vocational and secondary vocational schools who receive practical training through work and students of higher vocational schools who are practically educated by employers, as well as to other participants in other forms of practical training or education (trainees). For mentors in companies, at least 24 hours of training will be provided free of charge, in accordance with the training programme. (English)

L’objectif de l’appel public est de renforcer la capacité des mentors dans les entreprises à mettre en œuvre de qualité le mentorat pour les élèves des écoles professionnelles secondaires et secondaires qui reçoivent une formation pratique par le travail et les étudiants des écoles professionnelles supérieures qui sont pratiquement formés par des employeurs, ainsi qu’à d’autres participants à d’autres formes de formation pratique ou d’éducation (stagiaires). Pour les mentors en entreprise, une formation d’au moins 24 heures sera dispensée gratuitement, conformément au programme de formation. (French)

Ziel der öffentlichen Ausschreibung ist es, die Fähigkeit von Mentoren in Unternehmen zur qualitativen Umsetzung des Mentorings für Schüler von berufsbildenden Sekundarschulen und berufsbildenden Sekundarschulen, die eine praktische Ausbildung durch Arbeit erhalten, und von Schülern höherer Berufsschulen, die von Arbeitgebern praktisch ausgebildet werden, sowie für andere Teilnehmer anderer Formen der praktischen Ausbildung (Ausbildung) zu stärken. Für Mentoren in Unternehmen werden mindestens 24 Stunden Schulung gemäß dem Schulungsprogramm kostenlos angeboten. (German)

Het doel van de openbare oproep is het versterken van de capaciteit van mentoren in bedrijven voor de kwaliteitsvolle uitvoering van mentoring aan studenten van middelbare scholen voor beroepsonderwijs en secundair beroepsonderwijs die een praktische opleiding krijgen via werk en studenten van hoger beroepsonderwijs die praktisch door werkgevers zijn opgeleid, alsmede aan andere deelnemers aan andere vormen van praktijkopleiding of -opleiding (stagiairs). Lo scopo dell'invito pubblico è rafforzare la capacità dei mentori delle imprese di attuare in qualità il tutoraggio agli studenti delle scuole professionali secondarie e secondarie che ricevono una formazione pratica attraverso il lavoro e agli studenti delle scuole professionali superiori che sono praticamente istruiti dai datori di lavoro, nonché ad altri partecipanti ad altre forme di formazione pratica o di istruzione (tirocinanti). El objetivo de la convocatoria pública es fortalecer la capacidad de los mentores en las empresas para la aplicación de calidad de la tutoría a los estudiantes de las escuelas de formación profesional secundaria y secundaria que reciben formación práctica a través del trabajo y a los estudiantes de escuelas profesionales superiores que son prácticamente educados por los empleadores, así como a otros participantes en otras formas de formación práctica o educación (becarios). En el caso de los tutores en las empresas, se impartirán gratuitamente al menos 24 horas de formación, de conformidad con el programa de formación. (Spanish)
