Фирма БЛУРЕД ЕООД е малко предприятие, което произвежда пълноцветно печатан текстил, дрехи и изделия за дома – халати, хавлиени кърпи за баня и плаж, кухненски текстил, спално бельо, текстилни сувенирни изделия и др. с оригинални щампи собствен дизайн или такъв по поръчка на клиента. Кандидатът е сертифициран за системи за управление по стандарти ISO 9001 и ISO 14001.Целевата група, включена в проектното предложение са всички заети лица в дружеството, общо 13 работещи, като 2 от тях са над 54 годишна възраст. Ангажимент на ръководството е да запази заетостта на мин. 50 % от целевата група за период от 6 месеца след приключването на дейностите по проекта. Дейностите по проекта предвиждат: Организация и управление на проекта; Информация и публичност; Разработване, адаптиране и въвеждане на система за развитие на човешките ресурси в предприятието и въвеждане на иновативни модели за организация на труда; Осигуряване на безопасни и здравословни условия на труд, подобряване професионалния и здравния статус на работниците и служителите чрез осигуряване на колективни средства за защита, закупуване на ЛПС и специално работно облекло; Разработване, внедряване и сертифициране на система за управление на здравословни и безопасни условия на труд; обучения относно специфичните рискове за здравето, свързани с индивидуалното работно място и методите и средствата за тяхното ограничаване и предотвратяване; Осигуряване на социални придобивки за работещите, включително оборудване на места за отдих, хранене и почивка. Очакваните резултати по проекта са: Въведени иновативни модели за организация на труда и практики, насочени към по-лесно съвместяване на професионалния и личния живот и удължаване на професионалния живот на по-възрастните служители; Подобрени условия на труд за 13 работещи; Осигурени предпоставки за преход към икономика, която е нисковъглеродна, устойчива на изменението на климата, екологично устойчива и използваща ефикасно ресурсите. Bulred Ltd. is a small enterprise that produces full-color printed textiles, clothes and home products — bathrobes, bath towels and beach towels, kitchen textiles, bed linen, textile souvenir products, etc. with original prints own design or one on customer’s request. The applicant is certified for management systems according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards. The target group included in the project proposal is all employees in the company, a total of 13 employees, 2 of whom are over 54 years of age. The management’s commitment is to keep the employment of min. 50 % of the target group for a period of 6 months after the completion of the project activities. The project activities foresee: Organisation and management of the project; Information and publicity; Development, adaptation and introduction of a system for the development of human resources in the enterprise and introduction of innovative models for work organisation; Ensuring safety and health at work, improving the occupational and health status of employees by providing collective means of protection, purchasing PPE and special workwear; Development, implementation and certification of a health and safety management system; training on the specific health risks associated with the individual workplace and the methods and means to mitigate and prevent them; Provision of social benefits for workers, including equipment for recreation, nutrition and rest. The expected results of the project are: Introduced innovative work organisation models and practices aimed at making work-life balance easier and longer working life for older employees; Improved working conditions for 13 workers; Enable the transition to a low-carbon, climate-resilient, environmentally sustainable and resource-efficient economy. Les activités du projet prévoient: Organisation et gestion du projet; L’information et la publicité; Mise au point, adaptation et mise en place d’un système de mise en valeur des ressources humaines dans l’entreprise et introduction de modèles novateurs d’organisation du travail; Assurer la sécurité et la santé sur le lieu de travail, améliorer la situation professionnelle et sanitaire des travailleurs en fournissant des moyens collectifs de protection, en achetant des EPI et des vêtements de travail spéciaux; Élaboration, mise en œuvre et certification d’un système de gestion de la santé et de la sécurité; la formation sur les risques spécifiques pour la santé associés à chaque lieu de travail et sur les méthodes et moyens de les atténuer et de les prévenir; Fourniture d’avantages sociaux aux travailleurs, y compris l’équipement pour les loisirs, la nutrition et le repos. Bulred Ltd. ist ein kleines Unternehmen, das vollfarbig bedruckte Textilien, Kleidung und Hausprodukte herstellt – Bademäntel, Badetücher und Strandtücher, Küchentextilien, Bettwäsche, Textilandenken, etc. mit Originaldrucken eigenes Design oder eines auf Kundenwunsch. Der Antragsteller ist für Managementsysteme nach ISO 9001 und ISO 14001 zertifiziert. Die im Projektvorschlag enthaltene Zielgruppe ist alle Mitarbeiter des Unternehmens, insgesamt 13 Mitarbeiter, von denen 2 über 54 Jahre alt sind. Das Management verpflichtet sich, die Beschäftigung von mindestens 50 % der Zielgruppe für einen Zeitraum von 6 Monaten nach Abschluss der Projektaktivitäten zu halten. Die Projektaktivitäten sehen Folgendes vor: Organisation und Verwaltung des Projekts; Information und Publizität; Entwicklung, Anpassung und Einführung eines Systems zur Entwicklung der Humanressourcen im Unternehmen und Einführung innovativer Modelle für die Arbeitsorganisation; Gewährleistung von Sicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz am Arbeitsplatz, Verbesserung des Arbeits- und Gesundheitszustands der Arbeitnehmer durch Bereitstellung kollektiver Schutzmittel, Erwerb von PSA und besonderen Arbeitskleidung; Entwicklung, Umsetzung und Zertifizierung eines Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsmanagementsystems; Schulungen zu den spezifischen Gesundheitsrisiken, die mit dem jeweiligen Arbeitsplatz verbunden sind, sowie über die Methoden und Mittel, um sie zu mindern und zu verhindern; Bereitstellung von Sozialleistungen für Arbeitnehmer, einschließlich Ausrüstung für Erholung, Ernährung und Ruhe. De aanvrager is gecertificeerd voor managementsystemen volgens ISO 9001 en ISO 14001 normen. De doelgroep in het projectvoorstel is alle medewerkers in het bedrijf, in totaal 13 werknemers, waarvan er 2 ouder zijn dan 54 jaar. Het management verbindt zich ertoe de werkgelegenheid van minimaal 50 % van de doelgroep gedurende een periode van 6 maanden na de voltooiing van de projectactiviteiten te behouden.
