"Бакери 2"ЕООД е фирма, специализирана в производството на хляб и тестени изделия. Служителите на фирмата съставляват в по-голямата си част представители на уязвими на пазара на труда групи, в предвид отрасловата принадлежност на фирмата. В тази връзка "Бакери 2"ЕООД има ясна визия за необходимостта от инвестиции в човешките ресурси и желание да създаде и развие, като допълнителна дейност на фирмата, ново социално предприятие с основна цел професионална интеграция на лица от уязвими социални групи, посредством настоящето проектно предложение.Социалното предприятие ще бъде създадено с цел осигуряване на трудова заетост,социална и професионална интеграция на лица от целевите групи, което ще доведе до измеримо положително социално въздействие чрез намаляване на бедността и безработицата. Кандидатът предвижда сключване на 36 бр. трудови договори на 8-часов работен ден с представителите на целевите групи до 12 месечен период, чрез осигуряване на подходящи условия за професионална интеграция в сферата на социалната икономика като:- осигуряване на социална и професионална интеграция на включените в заетост лица;- осигуряване на подходяща работна среда на новонаетите лица,чрез закупуване на оборудване,необходимо за успешното изпълнение на професионалните им задължения.Новонаетите лица ще работят в същия производствен отрасъл, но методът,по който ще бъдат въведени в работния процес на фирмата, ще въплъщава основната социална цел на предприятието и настоящето проектно предложение. Тези дейности ще доведат до очакваните резултати от създаване на възможности на хората в неравностойно положение на пазара на труда и други социално изключени лица за пълноценен живот и улеснена професионална интеграция в сферата на социалната икономика. Това от своя страна е предпоставка за осигуряване на устойчиво намаляване на бедността, чрез осигуряване на по-качествена заетост и насърчаване на социалната и солидарната икономика. (Bulgarian)

Bakery 2 Ltd. is a company specialising in the production of bread and pasta. The employees of the company make up for the most part representatives of vulnerable groups in the labour market, given the sectoral affiliation of the company. In this regard, “Bakeri 2” EOOD has a clear vision of the need for investment in human resources and the desire to create and develop, as an additional activity of the company, a new social enterprise with the main goal of professional integration of persons from vulnerable social groups through this project proposal. The social enterprise will be created with the aim of providing employment, social and professional integration of people from the target groups, which will lead to a measurable positive social impact by reducing poverty and unemployment. The applicant envisages concluding 36 employment contracts on an 8-hour working day with the representatives of the target groups up to a 12-month period, by providing appropriate conditions for professional integration in the field of social economy, such as: — ensuring social and professional integration of the persons involved in employment; — ensuring a suitable working environment for the new employees, through the purchase of equipment necessary for the successful performance of their professional obligations. The new employees will work in the same manufacturing sector, but the method by which they will be introduced into the work process of the company will embody the main social objective of the enterprise and the present project proposal. These activities will lead to the expected results of creating opportunities for disadvantaged people in the labour market and other socially excluded people for a full life and facilitated professional integration in the social economy. This, in turn, is a prerequisite for ensuring a sustainable reduction of poverty by ensuring better quality employment and promoting the social and solidarity-based economy. (English)

Boulangerie 2 Ltd. est une société spécialisée dans la production de pain et de pâtes alimentaires. Les salariés de l’entreprise constituent la plupart des représentants des groupes vulnérables sur le marché du travail, compte tenu de l’affiliation sectorielle de l’entreprise. À cet égard, «Bakeri 2» EOOD a une vision claire de la nécessité d’investir dans les ressources humaines et de la volonté de créer et de développer, en tant qu’activité supplémentaire de l’entreprise, une nouvelle entreprise sociale ayant pour objectif principal l’intégration professionnelle des personnes issues de groupes sociaux vulnérables grâce à cette proposition de projet. L’entreprise sociale sera créée dans le but d’assurer l’emploi, l’intégration sociale et professionnelle des personnes des groupes cibles, ce qui conduira à un impact social positif mesurable en réduisant la pauvreté et le chômage. La requérante envisage de conclure 36 contrats de travail sur une journée de travail de huit heures avec les représentants des groupes cibles jusqu’à une période de 12 mois, en prévoyant des conditions appropriées pour l’insertion professionnelle dans le domaine de l’économie sociale, telles que: — assurer l’intégration sociale et professionnelle des personnes impliquées dans l’emploi; — assurer un environnement de travail adapté aux nouveaux salariés, par l’achat des équipements nécessaires à la bonne exécution de leurs obligations professionnelles. Les nouveaux employés travailleront dans le même secteur manufacturier, mais la méthode par laquelle ils seront introduits dans le processus de travail de l’entreprise incarnera l’objectif social principal de l’entreprise et la proposition de projet. Ces activités déboucheront sur les résultats escomptés de la création d’opportunités pour les personnes défavorisées sur le marché du travail et pour d’autres personnes socialement exclues pour une vie complète et faciliter l’intégration professionnelle dans l’économie sociale. Bakery 2 Ltd. ist ein Unternehmen, das sich auf die Herstellung von Brot und Pasta spezialisiert hat. Die Beschäftigten des Unternehmens bilden aufgrund der Branchenzugehörigkeit des Unternehmens zum größten Teil Vertreter schutzbedürftiger Gruppen auf dem Arbeitsmarkt. In diesem Zusammenhang hat „Bakeri 2“ EOOD eine klare Vorstellung von der Notwendigkeit von Investitionen in Humanressourcen und dem Wunsch, als zusätzliche Tätigkeit des Unternehmens ein neues soziales Unternehmen mit dem Hauptziel der beruflichen Integration von Personen aus sozial schwachen sozialen Gruppen durch diesen Projektvorschlag zu schaffen und zu entwickeln. Das soziale Unternehmen wird mit dem Ziel geschaffen, Menschen aus den Zielgruppen Beschäftigung, soziale und berufliche Integration zu ermöglichen, was zu messbaren positiven sozialen Auswirkungen durch Verringerung von Armut und Arbeitslosigkeit führen wird. Der Antragsteller beabsichtigt, 36 Arbeitsverträge an einem 8-Stunden-Arbeitstag mit den Vertretern der Zielgruppen bis zu einem Zeitraum von 12 Monaten abzuschließen, indem sie geeignete Bedingungen für die berufliche Integration in den Bereich der Sozialwirtschaft schaffen, wie z. B. – Gewährleistung der sozialen und beruflichen Integration der Erwerbstätigen; – Gewährleistung eines geeigneten Arbeitsumfelds für die neuen Arbeitnehmer durch den Kauf von Ausrüstung, die für die erfolgreiche Erfüllung ihrer beruflichen Verpflichtungen erforderlich ist. Die neuen Mitarbeiter werden im gleichen verarbeitenden Sektor arbeiten, aber die Methode, mit der sie in den Arbeitsprozess des Unternehmens eingeführt werden, wird das Hauptziel des Unternehmens und den vorliegenden Projektvorschlag widerspiegeln. Diese Aktivitäten werden zu den erwarteten Ergebnissen führen, um benachteiligten Menschen auf dem Arbeitsmarkt und anderen sozial ausgegrenzten Menschen ein volles Leben lang Chancen zu bieten und die berufliche Eingliederung in die Sozialwirtschaft zu erleichtern. De werknemers van de onderneming vertegenwoordigen de meeste kwetsbare groepen op de arbeidsmarkt, gezien de sectorale aansluiting van de onderneming. In dit verband heeft „Bakeri 2” EOOD een duidelijke visie op de noodzaak van investeringen in menselijke hulpbronnen en de wens om, als aanvullende activiteit van het bedrijf, een nieuwe sociale onderneming te creëren en te ontwikkelen met als hoofddoel de professionele integratie van personen uit kwetsbare sociale groepen door middel van dit projectvoorstel. De sociale onderneming zal worden opgericht met het oog op werkgelegenheid, sociale en professionele integratie van mensen uit de doelgroepen, wat zal leiden tot een meetbare positieve sociale impact door armoede en werkloosheid te verminderen. Verzoekster overweegt 36 arbeidsovereenkomsten te sluiten op een 8-urige werkdag met de vertegenwoordigers van de doelgroepen tot een periode van twaalf maanden, door passende voorwaarden te scheppen voor de professionele integratie op het gebied van de sociale economie, zoals: — zorgen voor de sociale en professionele integratie van de bij de werkgelegenheid betrokken personen; — zorgen voor een passende werkomgeving voor de nieuwe werknemers, door de aanschaf van uitrusting die nodig is voor de succesvolle uitvoering van hun professionele verplichtingen. De nieuwe werknemers zullen in dezelfde productiesector werken, maar de methode waarmee zij in het arbeidsproces van de onderneming zullen worden ingevoerd, zal de belangrijkste sociale doelstelling van de onderneming en het onderhavige projectvoorstel weerspiegelen. Deze activiteiten zullen leiden tot de verwachte resultaten van het creëren van kansen voor kansarmen op de arbeidsmarkt en andere sociaal uitgesloten personen voor een volledig leven en de integratie van het beroep in de sociale economie vergemakkelijken. I dipendenti dell'impresa costituiscono la maggior parte dei rappresentanti dei gruppi vulnerabili sul mercato del lavoro, data l'affiliazione settoriale dell'impresa. A questo proposito, "Bakeri 2" EOOD ha una chiara visione della necessità di investire nelle risorse umane e della volontà di creare e sviluppare, come ulteriore attività dell'azienda, una nuova impresa sociale con l'obiettivo principale di integrazione professionale di persone provenienti da gruppi sociali vulnerabili attraverso questa proposta di progetto. L'impresa sociale sarà creata con l'obiettivo di fornire occupazione, integrazione sociale e professionale delle persone provenienti dai gruppi destinatari, che porterà ad un impatto sociale positivo misurabile riducendo la povertà e la disoccupazione. Il richiedente prevede di stipulare 36 contratti di lavoro in una giornata lavorativa di 8 ore con i rappresentanti dei gruppi destinatari fino a un periodo di 12 mesi, fornendo condizioni adeguate per l'inserimento professionale nel campo dell'economia sociale, quali: — garantire l'integrazione sociale e professionale delle persone coinvolte nel lavoro; — garantire un ambiente di lavoro adeguato per i nuovi dipendenti, attraverso l'acquisto di attrezzature necessarie per l'adempimento dei loro obblighi professionali. I nuovi dipendenti lavoreranno nello stesso settore manifatturiero, ma il metodo con cui saranno introdotti nel processo di lavoro dell'azienda incorporerà il principale obiettivo sociale dell'impresa e la presente proposta di progetto. Los empleados de la empresa constituyen en su mayor parte representantes de grupos vulnerables en el mercado laboral, dada la afiliación sectorial de la empresa. En este sentido, la EOOD «Bakeri 2» tiene una visión clara de la necesidad de inversión en recursos humanos y el deseo de crear y desarrollar, como actividad adicional de la empresa, una nueva empresa social con el objetivo principal de la integración profesional de las personas de grupos sociales vulnerables a través de esta propuesta de proyecto. La empresa social se creará con el objetivo de proporcionar empleo, integración social y profesional de las personas de los grupos destinatarios, lo que dará lugar a un impacto social positivo mensurable mediante la reducción de la pobreza y el desempleo. La demandante tiene previsto celebrar 36 contratos de trabajo en una jornada laboral de ocho horas con los representantes de los grupos destinatarios hasta un período de 12 meses, estableciendo condiciones adecuadas para la integración profesional en el ámbito de la economía social, tales como: — garantizar la integración social y profesional de las personas que participan en el empleo; — garantizar un entorno de trabajo adecuado para los nuevos empleados, mediante la adquisición de los equipos necesarios para el cumplimiento satisfactorio de sus obligaciones profesionales; los nuevos empleados trabajarán en el mismo sector manufacturero, pero el método por el que se introducirán en el proceso de trabajo de la empresa encarnará el principal objetivo social de la empresa y la presente propuesta de proyecto. Estas actividades darán lugar a los resultados esperados de crear oportunidades para las personas desfavorecidas en el mercado laboral y otras personas socialmente excluidas para una vida plena y facilitar la integración profesional en la economía social.
