Проектното предложение включва интегрирани усилия на кандидата Икономически университет–Варна и три висши училища – партньори Технически университет–Варна (ТУ); Висше военноморско училище „Никола Йонков Вапцаров“ (ВВМУ) и Шуменски университет „Епископ Константин Преславски“ (ШУ) да модернизират образователния продукт чрез предлагане на съвместни учебни програми, тяхната дигитализация чрез внедряване на дигитални и облачни технологии в учебния процес и повишаване на квалификацията на преподаватели, студенти, млади учени, докторанти, изследователи и др. Към проекта са присъединени и 13 асоциирани партньори от общо 8 европейски държави. Изпълнението на проекта обхваща период от 30 месеца, а общата стойност на допустимите преки разходи възлиза на 2 307 382.80 лв. Проектът обхваща общо 16 дейности с различен характер и съдържание, но взаимно допълващи се и мултиплициращи общия ефект. В рамките на дейности от 1 до 8 вкл. се предвижда разработването и внедряването на 4 нови съвместни учебни програми, в т.ч. „Data Science“; „Интегрирани системи за дистанционно наблюдение и контрол“; „Уеб дизайн и сигурност“ и „Съвременни системи в земеделието“, както и тяхното дигитализиране и обезпечаване с необходимото ИКТ оборудване. Програмите са съвместни между включените в проекта висши училища и обхващат елементи от общо 5 професионални направления (ПН4.6; ПН5.1; ПН5.3; ПН5.13 и ПН3.8), 4 от които са приоритетни за страната. Останалите проектни дейности са насочени към повишаване на квалификацията на целевите групи чрез обучения, специализации, мобилности с цел обучения, преподаване, научно-изследователска дейност и др. В допълнение се предвижда и развитие на меките умения и умения за кариерно ориентиране на студенти чрез семинари с участието на експерти от бизнеса с цел реализиране на лицата и успешното им адаптиране към пазара на труда. Очакванията са постигнатите резултати да имат действие и ефект върху целевите групи през продължителен период от време след приключването му. (Bulgarian)

The project proposal includes integrated efforts of the candidate University of Economics — Varna and three higher education institutions — partners Technical University-Varna (TU); Naval Academy “Nikola Yonkov Vaptsarov” (VVMU) and Shumen University “Bishop Konstantin Preslavski” (SHU) to modernise the educational product by offering joint curricula, their digitalisation by introducing digital and cloud technologies in the educational process and increasing the qualification of lecturers, students, young scientists, PhD students, researchers, etc. The project is joined by 13 associate partners from 8 European countries. The implementation of the project covers a period of 30 months and the total amount of eligible direct costs amounts to BGN 2 307 382.80. The project covers a total of 16 activities of different nature and content, but complementary and multiplying the overall effect. Activities 1 to 8 include the development and implementation of 4 new joint curricula, including Data Science; ‘Integrated remote monitoring and control systems’; “Web Design and Security” and “Modern Systems in Agriculture”, as well as their digitisation and provision of the necessary ICT equipment. The programmes are joint between the HEIs involved in the project and cover elements of a total of 5 professional strands (PN4.6; MN5.1; MN5.3; PN5.13 and MN3.8), 4 of which are priorities for the country. The other project activities are aimed at improving the qualification of the target groups through trainings, specialisations, mobility for training, teaching, research, etc. In addition, the development of soft skills and skills for career guidance of students through seminars with the participation of business experts in order to realise the individuals and their successful adaptation to the labour market is also envisaged. The results achieved are expected to have an effect and impact on the target groups over a long period of time after its completion. (English)

La proposition de projet comprend des efforts intégrés de la candidate University of Economics — Varna et de trois établissements d’enseignement supérieur — partenaires Université technique-Varna (TU); Académie navale «Nikola Yonkov Vaptsarov» (VVMU) et Université Shumen «Bishop Konstantin Preslavski» (SHU) pour moderniser le produit éducatif en proposant des programmes communs, leur numérisation en introduisant les technologies numériques et cloud dans le processus éducatif et en augmentant la qualification des enseignants, étudiants, jeunes scientifiques, doctorants, chercheurs, etc. Le projet est rejoint par 13 partenaires associés de 8 pays européens. La mise en œuvre du projet couvre une période de 30 mois et le montant total des coûts directs éligibles s’élève à 2 307 382,80 BGN. Le projet couvre un total de 16 activités de nature et de contenu différents, mais complémentaire et multipliant l’effet global. Les activités 1 à 8 comprennent l’élaboration et la mise en œuvre de 4 nouveaux programmes communs, y compris la science des données; «Systèmes intégrés de surveillance et de contrôle à distance»; «Conception et sécurité Web» et «Systèmes modernes dans l’agriculture», ainsi que leur numérisation et la fourniture des équipements TIC nécessaires. Les programmes sont conjoints entre les EES impliqués dans le projet et couvrent des éléments d’un total de 5 volets professionnels (PN4.6; MN5.1; MN5.3; PN5.13 et MN3.8), dont 4 sont des priorités pour le pays. Das Projekt wird von 13 assoziierten Partnern aus 8 europäischen Ländern begleitet. Die Durchführung des Projekts erstreckt sich auf einen Zeitraum von 30 Monaten, und der Gesamtbetrag der förderfähigen direkten Kosten beläuft sich auf 2 307 382,80 BGN. Das Projekt umfasst insgesamt 16 Aktivitäten unterschiedlicher Art und Inhalte, ergänzt jedoch und multipliziert den Gesamteffekt. Die Maßnahmen 1 bis 8 umfassen die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von vier neuen gemeinsamen Lehrplänen, einschließlich Data Science; „Integrierte Fernüberwachungs- und -steuerungssysteme“; „Webdesign und Sicherheit“ und „Modern Systems in der Landwirtschaft“ sowie deren Digitalisierung und Bereitstellung der notwendigen IKT-Ausrüstung. De programma’s zijn gemeenschappelijk tussen de bij het project betrokken instellingen voor hoger onderwijs en omvatten elementen van in totaal 5 beroepsonderdelen (PN4.6; MN5.1; MN5.3; PN5.13 en MN3.8), waarvan 4 prioriteiten voor het land. De andere projectactiviteiten zijn gericht op het verbeteren van de kwalificatie van de doelgroepen door middel van opleidingen, specialisaties, mobiliteit voor opleiding, onderwijs, onderzoek, enz.
