HISTORICISATION OF THE CULTIVATION OF GRAPES, AREA OF ORIGIN, TREATMENTS CARRIED OUT, TYPE OF GRAPES, WHEN THEY ARE PROCESSED UNTIL — REFINEMENT AND BOTTLING THROUGH THE — USE OF THE SMARTPHONE BY MEANS OF BATCHES (RECIPES).
