As part of the project, it will be possible to provide more detailed information on the services provided that meet the needs of the residents of Švenčionys city in order to empower people experiencing social exclusion and overcome the difficulties encountered. The aim is to ensure the availability of information about social services provided by Švenčionys district social service centre in Švenčionys city. The objective of achieving this objective is to: to disseminate information about the social services provided by Švenčionys district social service centre in Švenčionys city. ACTIVITIES: to advise residents on social services and to mediate these services in order to receive and organise information dissemination events “Types of Social Services” in Švenčionys. Deliverables: 20 residents of Švenčionys city who are socially excluded will receive information, counselling, mediation services, and 2 events will be organised in Švenčionys city. Socially excluded residents of Švenčionys city will receive information about the social services provided by the institution. Everyone will have the opportunity to get to know, choose and use appropriate social services. The project involves 2 volunteers who will directly participate in the project’s activities. Partner: Lithuanian community for the care of people with intellectual disabilities “Viltis” Švenčionys division. Impact: after the implementation of the project, the residents of Švenčionys city, who are experiencing social exclusion, who will participate in events, will learn more about the information provided to them and their families. The project will involve volunteers who will help to disseminate information about the services provided and engage in the activities carried out. Įgyvendinant projektą, bus galimybė suteikti išsamesnę informaciją apie teikiams paslaugas, atitinkančias Švenčionių miesto gyventojų poreikius, siekiant įgalinti socialinę atskirtį patiriančius asmenis, įveikti iškilusius sunkumus. Tikslas – užtikrinti informacijos prieinamumą apie Švenčionių rajono socialinių paslaugų centro teikiamas socialines paslaugas Švenčionių mieste. Šio tikslo įgyvendinimui numatomas uždavinys: vykdyti informacijos sklaidą apie Švenčionių rajono socialinių paslaugų centro teikiamas socialines paslaugas Švenčionių mieste. VEIKLA: konsultuoti gyventojus socialinių paslaugų klausimais ir tarpininkauti šias paslaugas gaunant bei organizuoti informacijos sklaidos renginius " Socialinių paslaugų rūšys" Švenčionių mieste. Siekiami rezultatai: Socialinę atskirtį patiriančių 20 Švenčionių miesto gyventojų gaus informavimo, konsultavimo, tarpininkavimo paslaugas, bus suorganizuoti 2 renginiai "Socialinių paslaugų rūšys" Švenčionių mieste. Socialinę atskirtį patiriantys Švenčionių miesto gyventojai gaus informaciją apie įstaigoje teikiamas socialines paslaugas. Kiekvienas turės galimybę susipažinti, pasirinkti ir pasinaudoti sau tinkamomis socialinėmis paslaugomis. Projektui vykdyti pasitelkiami 2 savanoriai, kurie tiesiogiai dalyvaus projekto veiklų vykdyme. Partneris: Lietuvos sutrikusio intelekto žmonių globos bendrija " Viltis" Švenčionių skyrius. Poveikis: įgyvendinus projektą, Švenčionių miesto gyventojai, patiriantys socialinę atskirtį, kurie dalyvaus renginiuose, geriau įsamonins jiems pateikiamą informaciją, sužinos apie galimą pagalbą patiems bei jų šeimoms.Projekte dirbs savanoriai, kurie padės skleisti informaciją apie teikiamas paslaugas, įsitrauks į vykdomas veiklas.
