The problem of the project is that the city of Visaginas does not provide favorable conditions for children who have lost parental care to grow up in a family environment and develop skills that are important for independent living. Objective of the project: Create the conditions for an effective and sustainable transition from institutional care to family and community services in Visaginas municipality. In order to achieve the objective, it is planned to set up community children care homes and develop a network of children’s day-care centres in Visaginas municipality. During the implementation of the project: 1. The establishment of a community foster home with a close environment to the family environment; 2. The Children’s Day Centre has been established (acts as a unit of the Visaginas Family and Child Welfare JU). Target group: Children deprived of parental care in Visaginas city — 6 persons and after the establishment of the Children’s Day Center — 15 children. The applicant is not able to carry out all the necessary work without funding from the EU Structural Funds and to implement the project at its own expense. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Projekto problema - Visagino mieste nėra užtikrintos palankios sąlygos tėvų globos netekusiems vaikams augti šeimai artimoje aplinkoje bei ugdyti savarankiškam gyvenimui svarbius įgūdžius. Projekto tikslas: Sukurti sąlygas Visagino savivaldybėje, reikalingas veiksmingam ir tvariam perėjimui nuo institucinės globos prie šeimoje ir bendruomenėje teikiamų paslaugų. Tikslui pasiekti planuojamas Bendruomeninių vaikų globos namų įkūrimas ir vaikų dienos centrų tinklo plėtra Visagino savivaldybėje. Projekto įgyvendinimo metu bus: 1. Įkurti Bendruomeniniai vaikų globos namai, kurių aplinka bus artima šeimos aplinkai; 2. Įsteigtas Vaikų dienos centras (veiks kaip BĮ Visagino šeimos ir vaiko gerovės centras padalinys). Tikslinė grupė: Visagino miesto tėvų globos netekę vaikai - 6 asmenys ir įkūrus Vaikų dienos centrą - 15 vaikų. Pareiškėjas nėra pajėgus savo lėšomis atlikti visų reikalingų darbų be ES struktūrinių fondų finansavimo ir įgyvendinti projekto. (Lithuanian)
