Projekto tikslas – padidinti socialinę atskirtį patiriančių asmenų ir jų šeimos narių integraciją teikiant sociokultūrines paslaugas._x000D__x000D_Projekto veiklos:_x000D_1. Tikslinės grupės asmenų informavimas apie sociokultūrinės rekreacijos paslaugas, konsultavimas, tarpininkavimas gaunant šias paslaugas._x000D_2. Mokymai savanoriams._x000D_3. Rekreacijos ir savipagalbos paslaugų teikimas: išvykos, pokalbiai jų metu, aptarimai. _x000D__x000D_Projekto nauda ir laukiami rezultatai:_x000D__x000D_1. Socialinę atskirtį patiriantys asmenys bei jų šeimos nariai bus įgalintis labiau pasitikėti savimi bei sukurti tvirtesnius bendruomeninius ryšius._x000D_2. Bus praplėstos žinios apie kultūrinius objektus, esančius pajūrio regione. _x000D_3. Per rekreacijos procesą pagerės socialinę atskirtį patiriančių asmenų gyvenimo kokybė._x000D__x000D_Vykdytojai - socialinę atskirtį patiriantys asmenys ir jų šeimos nariai (PFSA 22.1.1; 22.1.2; 22.1.7; 22.1.9; 22.1.10; 22.1.11; 22.1.18), 25 asmenys.
