The main objective of the project is to develop the participants’ working and social skills through design product development and apprenticeships in non-formal education. During the implementation of the project, the applicant will carry out the activities of the project in a comprehensive manner by VŠĮ “Neformal Education Home”, an individual socialisation plan will be developed for each participant, which will be aimed at better social integration and integration into the labour market of the target groups. The main task of socialisation plans is to help young people learn to live independently, to solve their everyday problems independently, to develop motivation and to enable them to integrate into the labour market. The applicant’s multi-annual experience in working with the project target group, the scope of the problem of the project target group in Lithuania, facilitates the successful implementation of the project within the foreseen period. Pagrindinis projekto tikslas - ugdyti dalyvių darbo ir socialinius įgūdžius, per dizaino gaminių kūrimą ir pameistrystę neformaliame ugdyme. Įgyvendinant projektą, pareiškėjas VŠĮ „Neformalaus ugdymo namai“ projekto veiklas vykdys kompleksiškai, bus sukurta kiekvienam dalyviui individualus socializacijos planas, kuris bus nukreiptas į tikslinių grupių geresnę socialinę integraciją ir integraciją į darbo rinką. Pagrindinė socializacijos planų užduotis – padėti jaunuoliams išmokti gyventi savarankiškai, savarankiškai spręsti kasdienes problemas, ugdyti motyvaciją ir suteikti galimybę integruotis į darbo rinką. Pareiškėjo daugiametė patirtis, dirbant su projekto tiksline grupe, projekto tikslinės grupės problematikos mastai Lietuvoje, sudaro palankias sąlygas projekto sėkmingam įgyvendinimui per numatytą laikotarpį.
