UAB „Terra Modus“ naudodama pažangiausias technologijas, daro tikslias skaitmenines teritorijų ir statinių 3D kopijas, sudaro 2D brėžinius (fasadai, planai, pjūviai), pastatų ir teritorijų 3D modelius. Siekiant patenkinti augančius klientų lūkesčius ir neprarasti kokybės plečiantis klientų ratui įmonė neišvengiamai turi tobulinti savo veiklą bei auginti jos darbo našumą. Todėl nuspręsta investuoti į sprendimą, leisiantį įmonei optimizuoti ir standartizuoti pagrindinius verslo procesus, kontroliuoti ir kelti paslaugų kokybę. Projekto metu bus įdiegta kokybės valdymo sistema pagal Lean Management principus ir visuotinės kokybės valdymo sistema pagal ISO 9001 standartą. Projekto įgyvendinimu yra siekiama optimizuoti ir standartizuoti su paslaugų teikimu susijusių verslo operacijų atlikimą ir veiklos organizavimo įmonėje procesus. Įdiegtų sistemų dėka optimizuoti ir standartizuoti valdymo procesai sudarys sąlygas mažinti veiklos sąnaudas, didinti darbo našumą, pajamas ir eksportą. (Lithuanian)

UAB “Terra Modus” using the most advanced technologies, makes accurate digital 3D copies of territories and buildings, makes 2D drawings (facades, plans, cross-sections), 3D models of buildings and territories. In order to meet the growing expectations of customers and not to lose quality as a result of expanding customer base, the company must inevitably improve its activities and grow its productivity. Therefore, it was decided to invest in a solution that will allow the company to optimise and standardise the main business processes, control and increase the quality of services. The project will implement a quality management system in accordance with the principles of Lean Management and a global quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001 standard. The implementation of the project aims to optimise and standardise the performance of business operations related to the provision of services and the processes of organisation of activities in the enterprise. Thanks to the installed systems, optimised and standardised management processes will allow to reduce operating costs, increase labour productivity, income and exports. (English)
