The project aims to improve the human resources monitoring and forecasting system by developing and updating its elements. The primary objectives of improving the human resources monitoring and forecasting system are: • to link the professional subgroups of the Lithuanian Occupations Classification with the study and training programmes and to carry out testing and expert evaluation of the subgroups of the Lithuanian Occupations Classification of Occupations with the study and training programmes; • develop and develop human resource monitoring indicators relevant to human resources for public policy implementation, human resources forecasting medium-term labour market demand, promoting business competitiveness, investment planning, analysis of industrial, trade, services, business situation and development trends, informing the public and interested groups about human resource demand; • update the information database on labour market demand for human resources used in the medium-term forecasting tool for human resource demand. The elements of the human resources monitoring and forecasting system developed and updated during the project will allow the continuation of medium-term forecasting, allow to assess the interaction between qualifications and jobs, and to obtain relevant data for the policies of the Ministry of Economy according to the established indicators. Projektu siekiama tobulinti žmogiškųjų išteklių stebėsenos ir prognozavimo sistemą, kuriant ir atnaujinant jos elementus. Pirmaeiliai žmogiškųjų išteklių stebėsenos ir prognozavimo sistemos tobulinimo uždaviniai yra: • susieti Lietuvos profesijų klasifikatoriaus profesijų pogrupius su studijų ir mokymo programomis ir atlikti Lietuvos profesijų klasifikatoriaus profesijų pogrupių susiejimo su studijų ir mokymo programomis testavimą ir ekspertinį vertinimą; • parengti žmogiškųjų išteklių valstybės politikos įgyvendinimui, žmogiškųjų išteklių vidutinės trukmės paklausos darbo rinkoje prognozavimui, verslo subjektų konkurencingumo skatinimui, investicijų planavimui, pramonės, prekybos, paslaugų, verslo būklės ir raidos tendencijų analizei, visuomenės ir suinteresuotų grupių informavimui apie žmogiškųjų išteklių paklausą aktualius žmogiškųjų išteklių stebėsenos rodiklius ir sukurti jų aprašus; • atnaujinti žmogiškųjų išteklių paklausos darbo rinkoje informacinę duomenų bazę, naudojamą žmogiškųjų išteklių paklausos vidutinės trukmės prognozavimo įrankyje. Projekto metu sukurti ir atnaujinti žmogiškųjų išteklių stebėsenos ir prognozavimo sistemos elementai leis tęsti vidutinės trukmės prognozavimą, sudaryti galimybę vertinti kvalifikacijų ir darbo vietų sąveiką, gauti aktualius Ūkio ministerijos politikos sritims duomenis pagal nustatytus rodiklius.
