The main activity of UAB “Departus” is the repair of heavy vehicles (tractors, trucks, buses, semi-trailers, trailers, bodies for various purposes, special vehicles) and passenger cars after car accidents. In order to ensure high standards of work quality, we use the highest category equipment of world-renowned companies. The company is located in 3000 sq.m. premises and employs a team of about 60 highly qualified specialists. In order to increase the efficiency of the company’s business, it is planned to create a complex e-business system of UAB “Departus”, which would include the company’s main work processes and allow the introduction of new working methods: ordering expeditious works and planning their implementation (by submitting a plan on the website), managing customer contacts, accounting of services and quality control of performance. It is planned to automate the company’s divisions — insurance event damage assessment bar and repair units of tractors, semi-trailers and passenger cars. In addition, the following functions of the business management system are provided: a. Accounting of the results of the work of masters and workers and calculation of remuneration from sales profit and work done; B. Calculation and accounts of orders and branch profits; C. Service sales and profit statements by customers; D. Production analysis reports; e. Debtor control and e-mail reminders system; F. Tool issuance control, inventory and asset accounting system; g. Accounting system During the implementation of the project, contact registration and planning system (CRM) will be installed, which will help to better serve customers and e-marketing system, which will help to get more orders from existing and new customers. Pagrindinė UAB „DEPARTUS" veikla – sunkiojo transporto (vilkikų, sunkvežimių, autobusų, puspriekabių, priekabų, įvairios paskirties kėbulų, spec. technikos) ir lengvųjų automobilių remontas po autoįvykių. Siekdami užtikrinti aukštus reikalavimus darbų kokybei, naudojame visame pasaulyje žinomų kompanijų aukščiausios kategorijos įrangą. Bendrovė įsikūrusi 3000 kv.m. patalpose, dirba apie 60 aukštos kvalifikacijos specialistų komanda. Siekiant padidinti įmonės verslo efektyvumą, planuojama sukurti kompleksinę UAB „Departus” įmonės e-verslo sistemą, kuri apimtų įmonės pagrindinius darbo procesus ir leistų įdiegti naujus darbo metodus: operatyvų darbų užsakymą ir jų įgyvendinimo planavimą (pateikiant planą interneto svetainėje), kontaktų su klientais valdymą, paslaugų apskaitą ir atlikimo kokybės kontrolę. Planuojama automatizuoti įmonės padalinius – draudiminių įvykių žalos įvertinimo baras bei vilkikų, puspriekabių ir lengvųjų automobilių remonto padaliniai. Taip pat papildomai numatomos šios verslo valdymo sistemos funkcijos: a. Meistrų ir darbininkų darbo rezultatų apskaita ir atlyginimo paskaičiavimas nuo pardavimų pelno ir atliktų darbų; b. Užsakymų ir padalinių pelno paskaičiavimas ir ataskaitos; c. Paslaugų pardavimų ir pelno ataskaitos pagal klientus; d. Gamybos analizės ataskaitos; e. Skolininkų kontrolės ir priminimų siuntimo elektroniniu paštu sistema; f. Įrankių išdavimo kontrolės, inventoriaus ir turto apskaitos sistema; g. Buhalterinės apskaitos sistema Projekto įgyvendinimo metu bus įdiegti kontaktų registracijos ir planavimo sistema (CRM), kuri padės geriau aptarnauti klientus bei elektroninio marketingo sistema, kurį padės gauti daugiau užsakymų iš esamų ir naujų klientų.
