Les chantiers d’insertion sont agréés pour 48 postes de travail et conventionnés au titre d’utilité sociale : * 24 pour les chantiers environnement qui déploient leur activité sur tout le département * 24 pour les jardins d’insertion répartis à moitié sur le Jardin de l’Arçon (Auch) et le Jardin du Caillaoué (Mirande) Ils s’adressent à des personnes très éloignées de l’emploi (aucun prérequis demandé), éligibles au Contrat Unique d’Insertion (financement Etat ou Département), contrat de 26 heures hebdomadaires. L’objectif des chantiers est de favoriser leur inscription dans un parcours de réinsertion professionnelle et sociale durable : le salarié intègre une équipe de travail pour réaliser une action concrète, d’utilité publique et élabore, en parallèle, un parcours personnalisé dans le cadre d’un accompagnement renforcé prenant en compte ses problématiques spécifiques. Les chantiers d’insertion constituent ainsi : * une situation stable et repérante pour la personne, matérialisée par un cadre légal * un accompagnement personnalisé et global dans l'objectif de concrétiser un parcours d'insertion professionnelle durable * un cadre de mise en relation avec les acteurs socio-économiques locaux (French)

The aim of the construction sites is to encourage their enrolment in a sustainable career and social reintegration pathway: the employee integrates a working team to carry out a concrete action of public benefit and, at the same time, develops a personalised journey in the framework of enhanced support taking into account his specific problems. Die Eingliederungswerften sind für 48 Arbeitsplätze zugelassen und sind für soziale Zwecke vertragsgemäß: * 24 für Umweltprojekte, die ihre Tätigkeit in der gesamten Abteilung ausüben * 24 für Einbettungsgärten, die halb über den Jardin de l’Arçon (Auch) und den Jardin du Caillaoué (Mirande) verteilt sind. Sie richten sich an Personen, die sehr weit von der Beschäftigung entfernt sind (keine Voraussetzungen gefordert), die für den einheitlichen Insertion-Vertrag (Staats- oder Abteilungsfinanzierung) in Betracht kommen, 26 Wochenstunden Vertrag. Ziel der Baustellen ist es, ihre Eingliederung in einen nachhaltigen beruflichen und sozialen Wiedereingliederungsweg zu fördern: der Mitarbeiter integriert ein Arbeitsteam, um konkrete, gemeinnützige Maßnahmen durchzuführen, und entwickelt parallel dazu einen personalisierten Weg im Rahmen einer verstärkten Begleitung unter Berücksichtigung der spezifischen Probleme. Die Einbettwerften sind wie folgt: * eine stabile und identifizierbare Situation für die Person, die sich durch einen rechtlichen Rahmen auszeichnet * individuelle und umfassende Begleitung mit dem Ziel, einen nachhaltigen beruflichen Eingliederungsweg zu verwirklichen * einen Rahmen für die Vernetzung mit den lokalen sozioökonomischen Akteuren (German)

De integratielocaties zijn goedgekeurd voor 48 werkplekken en zijn overeengekomen voor maatschappelijk nut: * 24 voor milieulocaties die hun activiteiten in het hele departement * 24 voor invoegtuinen verdeeld over de Jardin de l’Arçon (Auch) en de Jardin du Caillaoué (Mirande) Ze zijn gericht op mensen die zeer ver van het werk (geen voorwaarden vereist), in aanmerking komen voor het Enkelvoudig contract van Insertion (staat of departement financiering), contract van 26 uur per week. Het doel van de bouwplaatsen is hun inschrijving in een duurzame loopbaan en sociale reïntegratietraject te stimuleren: de werknemer integreert een werkteam om een concrete actie van algemeen nut uit te voeren en ontwikkelt tegelijkertijd een gepersonaliseerde reis in het kader van versterkte ondersteuning, rekening houdend met zijn specifieke problemen. De integratiesites zijn dus: * een stabiele en identificeerbare situatie voor de persoon, geconcretiseerd door een wettelijk kader * gepersonaliseerde en wereldwijde steun om een duurzaam carrièrepad te bereiken * een kader voor contact met lokale sociaal-economische actoren (Dutch)

I siti di integrazione sono approvati per 48 postazioni di lavoro e sono concordati per l'utilità sociale: * 24 per i siti ambientali che dispiegano la loro attività in tutto il dipartimento * 24 per i giardini di inserimento distribuiti metà sul Jardin de l'Arçon (Auch) e il Jardin du Caillaoué (Mirande) Essi sono rivolti a persone molto lontane dal lavoro (senza prerequisiti richiesti), ammissibili al contratto unico di inserimento (finanziamento statale o del dipartimento), contratto di 26 ore alla settimana. L'obiettivo dei cantieri è quello di incoraggiare la loro iscrizione in un percorso di carriera sostenibile e di reinserimento sociale: il dipendente integra un team di lavoro per svolgere un'azione concreta di pubblica utilità e, allo stesso tempo, sviluppa un percorso personalizzato nel quadro di un sostegno potenziato tenendo conto dei suoi problemi specifici.
