THE PROJECT ‘GROW WELL TOGETHER’ STEMS FROM THE NEED TO EXPAND THE EDUCATIONAL OFFER ADDRESSED TO EVERY MEMBER OF THE SCHOOL POPULATION, PAYING PARTICULAR ATTENTION TO ITS MOST FRAGILE PARTS SUCH AS DISABLED PUPILS, DSAS AND BES. FROM THIS POINT OF VIEW, THE WORK OF SPECIALISED ASSISTANCE BECOMES OF FUNDAMENTAL IMPORTANCE, AS WORKING WITH THE INDIVIDUAL PUPIL BEARER OF SPECIFIC NEEDS, AND WITH THE REST OF THE SCHOOL POPULATION, WILL ALLOW REAL GROWTH BOTH AT RELATIONAL LEVEL, AS WELL AS IN THE FIELD OF AUTONOMY, OF ALL THOSE WHO WILL BE INVOLVED IN THE PROJECT. EL PROYECTO «CRECER BIEN JUNTOS» SE DERIVA DE LA NECESIDAD DE AMPLIAR LA OFERTA EDUCATIVA DIRIGIDA A TODOS LOS MIEMBROS DE LA POBLACIÓN ESCOLAR, PRESTANDO ESPECIAL ATENCIÓN A SUS PARTES MÁS FRÁGILES, COMO LOS ALUMNOS DISCAPACITADOS, LAS ADS Y EL BES. EL OBJETIVO DE LA ESCUELA SECUNDARIA ES OFRECER UNA PERSPECTIVA DE INCLUSIÓN Y AFIRMACIÓN SOCIAL A LOS ALUMNOS CON DISCAPACIDAD A TRAVÉS DE UNA OFERTA DE FORMACIÓN MÁS ARTICULADA ADAPTADA A SUS NECESIDADES Y POTENCIALIDADES.
