THE SCHOOL HAS A KEY ROLE TO PLAY IN THE FIGHT AGAINST HARDSHIP AND EARLY SCHOOL LEAVING, BUT CANNOT ACT ALONE AS THE LEARNER’S RIGHT TO PLEDGE AND SUCCESSFUL SCHOOL IS ALSO INFLUENCED BY FACTORS OUTSIDE THE SCHOOL. THIS IS WHY ONLY A COMPREHENSIVE AND INTEGRATED APPROACH AT SCHOOL LEVEL MAKES IT POSSIBLE TO TACKLE THE PROBLEM. THIS APPROACH IMPLIES THE INVOLVEMENT OF THE WHOLE SCHOOL COMMUNITY THROUGH MULTIDISCIPLINARY TEAMS OF LOCAL SERVICES, PARENTS AND FAMILIES IN COLLECTIVE AND COLLABORATIVE COHESIVE AND COLLABORATIVE EFFORTS. OUR TERRITORY IS HOME TO A RICH CULTURAL MELTING DUE TO THE PRESENCE OF DIFFERENT ETHNIC GROUPS. OUR SCHOOL DOES NOT HAVE A VERY HIGH RATE OF EARLY SCHOOL LEAVING, BUT A LARGE NUMBER OF PUPILS FROM VARIOUS ISLAMIC ASIAN CULTURES, AND MANY PUPILS FROM THE EASTERN NATIONS OF EUROPE WHICH SHOW A NUMBER OF DIFFICULTIES WITH INTEGRATION IN THE CONTEXT OF SOCIETY, IT IS NOTED THAT THERE ARE PROBLEMS INCLUDING: (English)
