    Het project 'Bevorderen leercultuur middels zelforganisatie' beoogt een leercultuur te stimuleren voor de medewerkers van Enspire B.V., door in te zetten op de principes van zelforganisatie. De organisatie heeft samen met de medewerkers een ontwerp gemaakt waarin het operationele proces voor een groot deel wordt georganiseerd binnen zelforganiserende teams. Het project 'Bevorderen leercultuur middels zelforganisatie' richt zich op het stimuleren en begeleiden van het teamontwikkelingsproces door een deskundige externe adviseur aan de hand van dit ontwerp. In dit proces staan leren en reflecteren centraal, waarmee de leercultuur in de organisatie wordt gestimuleerd. Het uiteindelijke doel van dit project is het bevorderen van de duurzame inzetbaarheid van de medewerkers. Daarnaast wil Enspire B.V. met het project bijdragen aan het reduceren van de arbeidsmarktproblematiek in de zorg. (Dutch)

    Le projet «Promouvoir la culture d’apprentissage par l’auto-organisation» vise à stimuler une culture d’apprentissage pour les employés d’Enspire B.V., en utilisant les principes de l’auto-organisation. Avec les employés, l’organisation a créé une conception dans laquelle le processus opérationnel est, dans une large mesure, organisé au sein d’équipes auto-organisées. Le projet «Promouvoir la culture d’apprentissage par l’auto-organisation» vise à stimuler et à guider le processus de développement de l’équipe par un conseiller externe expert sur la base de cette conception. L’apprentissage et la réflexion sont au cœur de ce processus, qui stimule la culture d’apprentissage au sein de l’organisation. L’objectif ultime de ce projet est de promouvoir l’employabilité durable des employés. Enspire B.V. souhaite également contribuer au projet pour réduire les problèmes du marché du travail dans le domaine des soins de santé. (French)

    Das Projekt „Förderung der Lernkultur durch Selbstorganisation“ zielt darauf ab, eine Lernkultur für die Mitarbeiter von Enspire B.V. durch die Prinzipien der Selbstorganisation zu fördern. Gemeinsam mit den Mitarbeitern hat die Organisation ein Design geschaffen, in dem der operative Prozess weitgehend in selbstorganisierenden Teams organisiert wird. Das Projekt „Förderung der Lernkultur durch Selbstorganisation“ konzentriert sich auf die Stimulierung und Führung des Teamentwicklungsprozesses durch einen fachkundigen externen Berater auf der Grundlage dieses Designs. Lernen und Reflexion sind für diesen Prozess von zentraler Bedeutung, der die Lernkultur in der Organisation anregt. Oberstes Ziel dieses Projekts ist es, die nachhaltige Beschäftigungsfähigkeit der Mitarbeiter zu fördern. Enspire B.V. will auch mit dem Projekt zur Verringerung der Arbeitsmarktprobleme im Gesundheitswesen beitragen. (German)

    Il progetto "Promuovere la cultura dell'apprendimento attraverso l'auto-organizzazione" mira a stimolare una cultura dell'apprendimento per i dipendenti di Enspire B.V., utilizzando i principi di auto-organizzazione. Insieme ai dipendenti, l'organizzazione ha creato un progetto in cui il processo operativo è in larga misura organizzato all'interno di team di auto-organizzazione. Il progetto "Promuovere la cultura dell'apprendimento attraverso l'auto-organizzazione" si concentra sullo stimolare e guidare il processo di sviluppo del team da parte di un consulente esterno esperto sulla base di questo progetto. L'apprendimento e la riflessione sono al centro di questo processo, che stimola la cultura dell'apprendimento nell'organizzazione. L'obiettivo finale di questo progetto è promuovere l'occupabilità sostenibile dei dipendenti. Enspire B.V. vuole anche contribuire con il progetto alla riduzione dei problemi del mercato del lavoro nell'assistenza sanitaria. (Italian)

Junto con los empleados, la organización ha creado un diseño en el que el proceso operativo se organiza en gran medida dentro de equipos autoorganizados. El proyecto «Promover la cultura del aprendizaje a través de la autoorganización» se centra en estimular y orientar el proceso de desarrollo del equipo por parte de un asesor externo experto sobre la base de este diseño. El aprendizaje y la reflexión son fundamentales para este proceso, que estimula la cultura del aprendizaje en la organización.
