The idea of project Amazon is to deepen cooperation, by Government common platforms, for women on long-term sick leave and/or long-term unemployed women with significant support needs to establish themselves in the labour market. The cooperation is organised through a collaboration team. The team will provide an action line that will result in individualised interventions with a focus towards a labour establishment. The target audience is Swedish- and Foreign-born women in working age (18-64 years old), who are very far away from the labour market. They are on sick leave (part-time or full-time) alternatively unemployed. These women are far away from the labour market due to a complex set of problems and today falls between the cracks. By building up government joint collaboration platforms in the form of a local team should individuals be offered stakes and methods based on the individuals need for support and customisation in the form of Supported employment, mobile mentor, work-training/internship, “mobilisation course” and Health school for work. By working with a large individual perspective and making the participants themselves involved in the process, opportunities are given for the right arrangements in due time, tailored to each individual’s level and over all living conditions. The aim is to make it easier for individuals to get long-term coordinated efforts to move closer to the labour market. Coordination Association protect is the project owner. (English) | |||||||||||||||
