DGN Retail gaat middels een externe adviseur de communicatieve- en coaching vaardigheden van haar medewerkers verder ontwikkelen. Dit project heeft tot doel om de duurzame inzetbaarheid van de medewerkers te vergroten, de onderlinge samenwerking te verbeteren en leercultuur te bevorderen. La DGN Retail développera encore les compétences de ses employés en matière de communication et de coaching par l’intermédiaire d’un conseiller externe. L’objectif de ce projet est d’accroître l’employabilité durable des salariés, d’améliorer la coopération entre eux et de promouvoir la culture de l’apprentissage. Ziel dieses Projekts ist es, die nachhaltige Beschäftigungsfähigkeit der Mitarbeiter zu verbessern, die Zusammenarbeit zwischen ihnen zu verbessern und die Lernkultur zu fördern.
