Binnen de dynamische HBO leeromgeving van de Hanzehogeschool wil het instituut FEM door inzet van de CIEP methodiek investeren in de duurzame inzetbaarheid van haar medewerkers. Beter omgaan met werkdruk, arbeidstijdenmanagement, verhoging van vitaliteit en energie zijn hierbij de leidraad om het gezonde werken en zo de duurzame inzetbaarheid van de medewerkers een sterke impuls te geven.
