Kinderopvang t Nest wil de huidige visie meer tot haar recht laten komen. Dit betekent dat zij een leercultuur willen implementeren in hun organisatie. Het idee hierachter is dat medewerkers gemakkelijker mee kunnen gaan in veranderingen, zelfstandig beslissingen durven en kunnen maken en zich kunnen ontplooien in hun loopbaan.
