The intrinsic motivation for working in an environment in which care for fellow people with disabilities is central is in itself insufficient to compensate for workload that comes from outside to a large extent. With this project, Saltho Education aims to explore various possibilities to work on stress factors in a preventive way in particular. The idea is that awareness is already an important start to the solution. Participatory field research identifies bottlenecks and explores solutions. De intrinsieke motivatie voor het werken in een omgeving waarin zorg voor medemensen met een beperking centraal staat, is op zichzelf onvoldoende om werkdruk die in belangrijke mate van buiten komt te compenseren. Met dit project wil Saltho Onderwijs zoeken naar diverse mogelijkheden om met name op een preventieve manier aan stress factoren te werken. Daarbij is de gedachte dat in de bewustwording al een belangrijke start van de oplossing schuilt. In een participerend veldonderzoek worden knelpunten opgespoord en oplossingsrichtingen verkend. Die oplossingsrichtingen zet Saltho Onderwijs ondersteund door Coverz om in concrete maatregelen waarvoor een implementatieplan wordt opgesteld. (Dutch)
