    Wasserij de Blinde is vanuit een moderne wasserij succesvol actief met wasserij-maatconcepten voor met name horecabedrijven. Modulaire servicepakketten omvatten het totale scala van textielbeheer, met professionele reiniging als kernactiviteit. De hoge eisen vanuit de markt en de dynamiek in de bedrijfstak, waarbij steeds meer de transitie van traditionele wasserij naar moderne dienstverlener op het gebied van textielbeheer plaatsvindt, vragen om ontwikkeling van de organisatie en haar medewerkers. Wasserij de Blinde wil in het kader van dit project advies inwinnen en een implementatieplan laten opstellen gericht op het het bevorderen van het werkklimaat, adviezen voor het ontwikkelen/bevorderen van een cultuur waarin werknemers zich in brede zin kunnen ontplooien (dit kan de eigen functie betreffen, een andere functie binnen de organisatie en/of andere competenties) en advies inzake flexibelisering van de werkcultuur, waarbij mogelijkerwijs ook gekeken wordt naar de mogelijkheden tot het invoeren van flexibel arbeidstijdenmanagement. Wasserij de Blinde wil toe naar een werkklimaat waarin haar medewerkers gestimuleerd en uitgedaagd worden en de ruimte krijgen om te werken aan hun eigen ontwikkeling, hetgeen bij zal dragen aan de prestaties van de organisatie. Er wordt advies aan de extern adviseur gevraagd hoe tot een dergelijke situatie gekomen kan worden. Dit advies wordt voorzien van een implementatieplan, waarbij de adviseur Wasserij de Blinde én (in samenwerking met) haar medewerkers gaat betrekken bij het opstellen ervan. (Dutch)
