Property / summary

Verian is a healthcare provider that supports clients in their home environment. Driven by government policies, people will have to stay at home for longer, which, however, is not always possible for a large group of people. They want to live close to healthcare institutions to get a quick and flexible answer to their healthcare question. This shift in care demand from extramural to semi-extramural requires workers of Verian to be able to use different skills in their work. They will have to organise their services in a new setting of cooperation partners (municipality, housing corporation), which means that workers with greater flexibility and more entrepreneurship in their work must be able to provide the right care services. This also includes the services provided by the front desk staff who, on the basis of the care demand outlined by clients, need to connect the right healthcare professionals to the clients. Verian wants to facilitate its employees and start a project aimed at promoting and ensuring sustainable employability. The aim is to create a learning/working environment in which employees are enabled to develop knowledge and skills in line with what the future of the employees demands. In a flexible working culture, they will also have to be able to exert greater influence on their work with greater responsibility, so that they can respond flexibly to (changes in) client demand. Target group: caretakers, district nurses, front desk staff. In this project we will employ an external consultant who, together with our employees, will carry out the following activities: — analysis to collect, assess and obtain advice from employees — guidance to staff in implementing the advice with team/dialogue/implementation sessions, 1-on-1 guidance in practice. (English)
