    Helpgewoon Thuiszorg cooperaties worden gevormd door teams van betrokken en ervaren professionals dat zich uitsluitend richten op het geven van betrouwbare en kwalitatieve huishoudelijk zorg. De leden/werknemers van de cooperatie komen vanuit een normale werknemers situatie met een management en directie. In deze situatie had men geen eigen eindverantwoordelijkheid en werd men aangestuurd. De werknemers binnen de cooperatie Helpgewoon bestaan uit een groep vakgenoten welke zich hebben aangemeld bij Helpgewoon Nederland en nu samen een werknemerscooperatie (eigen zorgorganisatie) vormen zonder management lagen. Teneinde de duurzame inzet binnen de werknemerscooperaties te bevorderen is men zich ervan bewust dat men zich moet ontwikkelen en dat men advies en begeleiding nodig heeft richting ondernemerschap. De extern adviseur zal de werknemers begeleiden bij de ontwikkeling van hun talenten en ambities richting zelfsturing en verantwoordelijkheid (zelf besluiten). (Dutch)
