The Nationale Bomenbank B.V. has been active since 1972 in the field of tree planting, tree care and research in the broadest sense of the word. In our activities we take into account the world around us and we want to deal with it both internally and externally with respect and in good balance. The organisation is constantly in motion. The changes require a lot of the resilience, flexibility and learning ability of the 27 employees of the Nationale Bomenbank B.V. It is therefore very important that employees and managers work on greater vitality and flexibility in order to be able to anticipate and manage changes in a good way. Of course, we have initiated a number of initiatives, pilots and activities to work on this. It is now important to create cohesion for employees and managers so that they can work optimally on their sustainable employability through a single effective and appealing programme. De Nationale Bomenbank B.V. is sinds 1972 actief op het gebied van boomverplanting, boomverzorging en onderzoek in de breedste zin van het woord. Op het gebied van het verplanten van grote bomen is de Nationale Bomenbank marktleider. Tot onze klantenkring behoren gemeenten, provincies en andere overheidsinstanties, projectontwikkelaars, woningbouwverenigingen, bedrijven en instellingen in heel Nederland. Het doel van onze organisatie is om mensen zorgeloos te laten genieten van bomen in een stedelijke omgeving. Daar komt heel wat voor kijken. De Nationale Bomenbank kenmerkt zich door kennis en innovatie, een klantgerichte instelling en gekwalificeerde mensen die werken met passie voor bomen. Bij onze activiteiten houden wij rekening met de wereld om ons heen en willen wij daar zowel intern als extern met respect en in goede balans mee omgaan. De organisatie is voortdurend in beweging. De veranderingen vragen veel van de veerkracht, flexibiliteit en het leervermogen van de 27 medewerkers van de Nationale Bomenbank B.V. Het is daarom van groot belang dat medewerkers en leidinggevenden werken aan grotere vitaliteit en flexibiliteit om op een goede manier op veranderingen te kunnen anticiperen en ermee te kunnen omgaan.
