Het bedrijf wil als goed werkgever en ondernemer ongevallen en verzuim zoveel mogelijk voorkomen en de medewerkers gedurende hun volledige loopbaan een prettige, sociale en verantwoorde werkomgeving bieden. Dit onderzoek moet speerpunten en inzichten opleveren van de aspecten waarin geïnvesteerd moet worden om ongevallen te voorkomen en de inzetbaarheid van de medewerkers nu en in de toekomst te garanderen. Het resultaat van het onderzoek zal worden uitgewerkt in een plan van aanpak, waarin de concrete stappen om het beoogd resultaat te realiseren zijn uitgewerkt. De uitvoering, monitoring en evaluatie en begeleiding van de uitvoering van dit plan van aanpak zijn de laatste stappen in het adviestraject. (Dutch)
