    De medewerkers van Verkoopcentrale Welp hebben o.a. te weinig kennis van de rechten die zij hebben met betrekking tot veilige arbeidsomstandigheden en de gevaren die zich kunnen voordoen waardoor zij zelf lastig een veilige werkplek voor zichzelf en collega’s kunnen creëren. Over het algemeen worden klachten en zaken waar de medewerkers hinder van ondervinden niet of niet voldoende geventileerd. Binnen Welp heeft dit onvoldoende aandacht. De duurzame inzet van medewerkers wordt daardoor negatieve beïnvloed. De medewerkers moeten zich bewust worden van deze problematiek en de invloed hiervan op het eigen functioneren. Zij moeten een beleid en cultuur omarmen waarin veiligheid en gezondheid centraal staat. Er is besloten een externe adviseur in te zetten om teneinde een goede basis neer te zetten en de kwaliteit te borgen. De doelgroep omvat het totale personeelsbestand (circa 50 medewerkers), zijnde directie en (uitzend)personeel. (Dutch)
