    Bevorderen van een klimaat waarbij medewerkers productief, gemotiveerd en gezond willen en kunnen blijven werken, binnen of buiten de organisatie. Resultaat van de activiteiten is het vergroten van de bewustwording en inspireren tot een gedragsverandering om vanuit een intrinsieke motivatie, een keuze te maken voor gezond en veilig leven en werken waarbij de eigen verantwoordelijkheid benadrukt wordt. Wanneer wij gericht werken aan een vitale organisatie en op maat acties inzetten die- in samenwerking tussen leidinggevende en medewerkers- bijdragen aan een gezonder en veiliger arbeidsklimaat, zal ook de prestatie verder verbeteren. We kiezen ervoor om in te zetten op enerzijds de risicogroep waarbij inzetbaarheid bedreigt is en anderzijds op een doelgroep ‘leidinggevende’ die bijdragen aan het borgen van dergelijke thema’s in de organisatie. Specifieke doelen: • Verhogen van bewustzijn op gedrag en leefstijl • Verhogen van de eigen regie en verantwoordelijkheid • Verhogen van het werkvermogen 1.
