Purpose: Learning from and With each other to an Optimal Result. Duration: from 1-12-2016/1-12-2017 The ESF project “Learning from one another to an Optimal Result” is an improvement project for the employees of Meilink Boxmeer B.V. in Boxmeer. In order to be able to use these employees sustainably within the company, it is important that a positive learning culture is developed within the organisation. This will increase the involvement of the various business departments and the employees will be taught to take responsibility for their own careers and the development of business process technical and social skills. Learning with each other is central. The transfer of knowledge around a new company-wide information system is organised and carried out by the group of its own employees. On the basis of several cases prepared by the employees themselves, concrete practical situations will be repeated in the system, and the employees will train each other in the use of the new information system. This way not only knowledge is transferred internally but is also well secured. In addition to the positive learning culture, this process brings a bit of awareness to the employees, leading to a higher commitment and motivation to organise the work properly, both for the company and for itself. This change process helps to make employees more efficient and motivated to carry out their work. The subsidy has been requested by Meilink Boxmeer B.V., part of the Meilink Group from Borculo, the supplier for a total concept in industrial and custom made packaging. (English)

(Dutch)
