De dienstverlening telt drie pijlers: elektrotechniek, industriële automatisering en productie-ICT. De organisatie houdt bij het aanvaarden van opdrachten rekening met de beschikbare capaciteit. Desondanks ervaren de werknemers een behoorlijke werkdruk. Dit wordt onder andere veroorzaakt doordat men een disbalans ervaart tussen werk en ontspanning. De projecten zijn complex waardoor er veel wordt gevraagd op het gebied van kennis en kunde. Van Doren Engineers Breda wil de werkdruk verlagen door de disbalans te herstellen. Hiertoe zullen knelpunten worden geinventariseerd middels individuele ontwikkelgesprekken en een medewerkerstevredenheidsonderzoek. Tesamen met de personeelsvertegenwoordiging zullen acties worden bepaald en zal een planning worden opgezet om deze uit te voeren. (Dutch)
