| Webba is een automatiseringsbedrijf en websiteontwikkelaar. De organisatie bestaat uit ICT ontwikkelaars, programmeurs en frontend developers. De mensen zitten veel uren achter de computer waardoor een risico bestaat op lichamelijke en mentale klachten. Bovendien zijn veel ICT-ers van nature minder geïnteresseerd in sporten en bewegen. Het doel van dit project is om medewerkers positief stimuleren om een gezonde levens- en werkstijl aan te meten. Het creëren van een vitale gezonde werkomgeving waarin een ieder zijn of haar eigen work-life balance kan creëren, is hierbij cruciaal. Ook de inrichting van het nieuwe aangekochte pand moet het vitaliteitsprofiel uitstralen zodat de medewerkers zich geïnspireerd voelen. Hiervoor schakelt Webba een extern deskundige in die een advies inclusief begeleiding verzorgd. Het resultaat van het project is dat 15 medewerkers bewust zijn gemaakt om vitaler en gezonder te werken en te leven. Er is een advies uitgebracht voor een vitale werkomgeving inclusief begeleiding van het implementeren van dit advies. Het resultaat is een vitale werkomgeving zowel qua inrichting als cultuur waarin werken, fun, productiviteit en bewegen samenkomen. (Dutch)
