Intrapec B.V. is specialist in het ontwerpen en vervaardigen van klantspecifieke verpakkingen van golfkarton. De veiligheid, gezondheid en welzijn van onze medewerkers is een van de speerpunten van ons organisatie beleid. Daarnaast willen we ook de werkstress van onze medewerkers verminderen. Door groei in ons bedrijf en een toename in overwerken neemt de werkstress toe en verslechterd de werksfeer. Intrapec ziet nu, met steun vanuit het ESF, kans om zich in te zetten om de vitaliteit van haar medewerkers te verbeteren. De doelstelling van dit project is daarom gericht op: “Het bevorderen van gezond en veilig werken, waaronder een gezondere leefstijl, het terugdringen van werkstress en ongewenst gedrag in de werksfeer”. Intrapec B.V. is a specialist in the design and manufacture of customer-specific packaging of corrugated cardboard. The safety, health and well-being of our employees is one of the key points of our organisation policy. In addition, we also want to reduce the work stress of our employees. Due to growth in our company and an increase in overtime, work stress increases and the working atmosphere deteriorates. Intrapec now sees, with support from the ESF, an opportunity to work to improve the vitality of its employees. The objective of this project is therefore to: “Promoting healthy and safe working, including healthier lifestyles, reducing work stress and undesirable behaviour in the workplace”. (English)
