Bridge Consulting Group wil aan de slag voor het bevorderen van een flexibele werkcultuur met oplossingen voor werknemers om gezond, gemotiveerd en productief te gaan werken nu en in de nabije toekomst . De digitale techniek biedt op ieder moment en locatie dienstverlening te verrichten. Bij (jongere en oudere) werknemers wordt weerstand ervaren om flexibilisering binnen de organisatie te realiseren. Het bevorderen en succesvol managen van arbeidstijden individueel en in teamverband in samenhang met verwachtingspatroon van productiviteit en resultaten, moet een flexibele werkcultuur stimuleren en een betere afstemming tussen werk en prive versterken.
