| Veluwehotel Stakenberg wil haar medewerkers nog meer faciliteren om zich verder te kunnen ont-wikkelen, zowel persoonlijk als professioneel. In de vorige projectperiode is al een aanzet gegeven om in kaart te brengen waar de sterke en verbeterpunten van Directie en Management team (MT) liggen. Met de resultaten uit de vorige projectperiode als fundament, worden er zowel individuele, als teamsessies georganiseerd om de medewerkers in staat te stellen zich nu nog verder te ont-wikkelen en te ontplooien.
