As a cooperative, at Avebe U.A. we focus on sustainability on long-term continuity. We want to do good today for tomorrow, that’s how we build the future together. Sustainability is an absolute prerequisite for this and is one of the four pillars of Avebe U.A.'s Binding and Construction Strategy. At Avebe U.A. we want to achieve a good return for our members not only today, but also after that, tomorrow and in the future. We look for harmony between making profits and carefully dealing with the environment and people. That’s why today we start working on the future: Building the Future. Avebe U.A. is going to use the ESF grant to offer employees various workshops, courses and trainings. These workshops, courses and trainings will contribute to the promotion of health and well-being. This so that Avebe U.A. can work towards their most important goal, do everything to ensure that their employees reach their retirement age in a healthy and safe way. To do this, Avebe U.A. has chosen to support Simple Check, an organisation specialising in optimising and ensuring sustainable employability. Als coöperatie zijn we bij Avebe U.A. gericht op duurzaamheid op continuïteit van de lange termijn. We willen het vandaag goed doen voor morgen, zo bouwen we samen aan de toekomst. Duurzaamheid is daarvoor een absolute voorwaarde en is één van de vier pijlers in de Binden en Bouwen strategie van Avebe U.A. Bij Avebe U.A. willen we niet alleen vandaag een goede rendement realiseren voor onze leden, maar ook daarna, morgen en in de toekomst. We zoeken naar harmonie tussen winst maken en zorgvuldig omgaan met het milieu en mensen. Daarom beginnen we vandaag met werken aan de toekomst: Building the Future. Avebe U.A. gaat de ESF subsidie gebruiken om de medewerkers diverse workshops, cursussen en trainingen aan te bieden. Deze workshops, cursussen en trainingen zullen bijdragen aan de bevordering van gezondheid en welzijn. Dit zodat Avebe U.A. kan werken aan hun meest belangrijke doel, alles eraan doen zodat hun medewerkers hun pensioenleeftijd op een gezonde en veilige manier te behalen. Om dit te doen heeft Avebe U.A. gekozen voor de ondersteuning van Simple Check, een organisatie gespecialiseerd is in het optimaliseren en waarborgen van de duurzame inzetbaarheid. Mede dankzij dit ESF-project worden de medewerkers begeleid om hun de duurzame inzetbaarheid te verhogen. (Dutch)
