This company scan is carried out among employees by questioning them through an employee satisfaction survey and individual in-depth interviews.     Vencotec is een modern bedrijf dat gericht is op de agrarische sector. Hierin bieden zij duurzame oplossingen op het gebied van dierhuisvesting en milieu voor alle diersoorten met de focus op pluimvee. Voor elke stal kunnen zij een afgestemd pakket bieden voor klimaat, huisvesting, eierbehandeling, verlichting, voer- en drinkwaterinstallaties en natuurlijk de algehele elektrische installatie. Voor zowel de medewerkers als de directie van Vencotec is inmiddels wel duidelijk dat het belangrijk is om continu bezig te zijn met de duurzame inzetbaarheid van mensen binnen de organisatie. Vanwege de aanhoudende groei van het bedrijf, flexibilisering en nieuwe technologieën zijn de organisatie en de mensen binnen de organisatie continu aan verandering onderhevig. Dit vraagt aanpassingsvermogen van de medewerkers. In 2017 is Vencotec al begonnen met de inrichting van HR en inzetbaarheid binnen de organisatie.
