Hoogeboom Raalte is een vooruitstrevende organisatie die sterk groeit. Het bedrijf investeert in nieuwe toepassingen en nieuwe markten. Medewerkers moeten daarmee andere vaardigheden ontwikkelingen, zowel vakinhoudelijk als vooral ook vaardigheden die duurzame inzetbaarheid ten goede komen. Het bedrijf wil daarom investeren in het inzichtelijk maken van gewenste competenties in zowel de huidige als ook in de toekomst gewenste functies en de bijbehorende ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden gekoppeld aan de ambities van medewerkers. De sterke groei zorgt ook voor uitdagingen op het gebied van een gezonde belasting van medewerkers op sleutelfuncties. Om de werkomstandigheden ook in de toekomst gezond te houden wil Hoogeboom Raalte investeren in een analysen van het werk, om deze samen met de betreffende medewerkers op een andere optimale vorm te organiseren met als doel het terugdringen van werkstress. Tot slot wil Hoogeboom Raalte deze veranderingen plaatsen in een praktische leercultuur. Deze moet nog verder vorm worden gegeven.
