Doelstelling van dit project is om binnen Thialf een bewuste dialoog en daarmee samenhangende activiteiten op gang te brengen over het duurzaam inzetbaar houden van alle medewerkers. Na afronding van het project wil Thialf door onderzoek inzicht hebben gekregen in individuele ambities, talenten en ontwikkelmogelijkheden van medewerkers. Op basis van dit inzicht heeft Thialf maatregelen en activiteiten ontwikkeld die er voor dienen te zorgen dat medewerkers hun takenpakket met plezier en met toekomstperspectief uit kunnen voeren.
