De omgeving waarin medewerkers van EJP Accountants werken verandert voortdurend; nieuwe automatisering, nieuwe regelgeving etc. Maar in toenemende mate komt de nadruk op de adviseursrol te liggen en het in teams samenwerken om de veranderende klantvragen te kunnen beantwoorden. Dit vraagt om medewerkers die willen mee veranderen, met zelfvertrouwen het gesprek aangaan met klanten.
