In 2017, Arkin started with Nrgise, a project focused on the vitality of all employees. The reason for this was the Employees Satisfaction Research from 2016, which showed that within Arkin psychosocial workload and work/private balance are important issues. So far, the main focus within Nrgise has been on actions aimed at promoting the health and work enjoyment of employees, but in 2018 we would like to give further details to the topic of balance. With this we want to contribute to sustainably deployable employees, in such a way that our employees can stay healthy, productive, motivated and enjoy working until retirement. By paying attention to workload, work-private balance and psychosocial workload, we want every employee to be able to work sustainably within Arkin during every life and career phase. We want to focus more on the differences between employees and the changes that employees are experiencing in relation to their age, life phase and career phase. Through a targeted use of our personnel toolbox and appropriate interventions, we want to achieve a good balance between Arkin’s (also changing) objectives and the wishes and needs and capabilities of the individual employee. In view of the results of the 2016 MTO, this project focuses on policy and personnel tools to improve the work/private balance and reduce psychosocial workload. (English) | |||||||||||||||
