In order to support her growth, Spaarnesant wants to step up the area of an appropriate offer for every child in this turbulent, ever-changing society. Therefore, it has been decided to implement a learning culture within Spaarnesant that pays attention to both school-specific and non-school-specific knowledge and skills. School-specific themes such as problem-solving and learning but also learning innovative ways of problem solving, project-based working, other ways of thinking and reporting/documentation are covered. The core idea is that when employees are enabled to develop themselves, employee satisfaction increases, stress is turned into opportunities and every child continues to feel challenged in an increasingly complex society. By continuing to work on their own development, employees remain up-to-date for the employer and the labour market and thus work towards the sustainable employability of the employees of Spaarnesant.
