    Vitaliteit Maaskoepel, the next step: De afgelopen jaren is de organisatie steviger in haar schoenen komen te staan. Rust en veiligheid zijn toegenomen. Vanuit die stevige basis kan en moet de volgende stap gezet. worden. De wereld om ons heen veranderd snel en stelt andere eisen aan ons: zoals voorgaande digitalisering, netwerken, veel eisende klanten etc. Dit vraagt om wendbare en weerbare medewerkers en leidinggevenden die het beste uit de medewerkers weten te halen, die inspireren en stimuleren. Kortom, the next step als het gaat om vitale, duurzaam inzetbare medewerkers. Dat vraagt om inzicht in de huidige situatie (hoe vitaal zijn we?) en dat zich verhoudt ten opzichte van de gewenste ontwikkeling. De ESF-subsidie is een stevige steun in de rug om onze ambities waar te kunnen maken. (Dutch)

The world around us is changing rapidly and makes different demands on us: like previous digitisation, networks, many demanding customers, etc. This requires agile and resilient employees and managers who are able to get the best out of the employees, who inspire and stimulate. In short, the next step when it comes to vital, sustainably deployable employees. This requires an insight into the current situation (how vital are we?) and that relates to the desired development. The ESF grant is a strong support to deliver on our ambitions. (English)
