Looking for lasting improvements in your organisation in terms of sales, service and customer satisfaction? Store Support is the largest research agency in the Netherlands. In 2004 we started Store Support. We developed ourselves to become the market leader in mystery shopping. For a few years, we have also increasingly focused on developments in the field of sustainable employability of employees with our clients. In the meantime, we notice that this requires a different approach than the experience of the customer journey. Although there are already many successful projects, it appears to be a different approach to commitment and cultural range for our employees. And with the experience we have now and to be ready for the future, we also want to offer our own employees the opportunity to develop in this. That’s the ambition. At the grassroots level, this requires improving the sustainable employability of our own employees. Only then will we be able to promote this ambition at the core. Now the challenge is to understand all employees and to ensure that employees also act towards this ambition. This requires a different way of working for many, which suits the wishes and requirements of today’s current requirements and wishes of our clients. To achieve this, self-organising teams are used for which experimentation, innovation and adaptation are central. At the heart of this is to change the organisation of the work in dialogue with the employees. The approach is based on the principles of Agile. An Agile organisation is explicitly a learning organisation. Employees are given the opportunity and are encouraged to develop every day. (English) | |||||||||||||||

In 2004 begonnen wij Store Support. (Dutch)
