    Het beste uit jezelf halen! Dat is de uitdaging die we aangaan. Hoe kunnen we medewerkers en directie zo motiveren dat ze alles geven? In het project krijgen de medewerkers en directie (dus samen) handvatten hun (diepere)motivatie te realiseren. Wat willen ze echt en hoe kun je dat realiseren? Door inspiratiesessies en coaching worden mensen geactiveerd het maximale uit hun loopbaan te halen. Ze komen in een positieve flow en willen producten gaan ontwikkelen en in de markt zetten. Het mes snijdt aan twee kanten, de organisatie krijgt een pro-actieve medewerker waardoor de duurzaamheid van de organisatie vergroot wordt en de medewerker vergroot zijn capaciteiten, ondernemersvaardigheden en is ook duurzaam inzetbaar (vergroot de kansen) op de interne arbeidsmarkt.
