    BV Nederlandse Industrie Van Eiproducten (Nive) is gevestigd in Nunspeet en is gespecialiseerd in de productie van eipoeders. Middels een hoogwaardig droogproces wordt vocht uit het vloeibare ei geëxtraheerd en resteert een droog poeder. De grootste voordelen hiervan zijn dat het poeder niet gekoeld hoeft te worden bewaard en de houdbaarheid ervan is meer dan 12 maanden. De eipoeders Nive worden in Europa maar ook ver daarbuiten geleverd aan grote foodmultinationals en minder grote klanten, die bijvoorbeeld gebrek aan koeling of opslag hebben. De voedingsindustrie is onderhevig aan grote veranderingen door; automatiseren van processen, sterk variërende werktijden en diensten, en continu verscherpende hygiëne-eisen en strenger gereguleerde werkprocessen. Door deze veranderingen worden steeds meer eisen gesteld aan werknemers in de voedingsindustrie. Onder werknemers ontstaat daardoor een gat ontstaan tussen de beschikbare kennis en de vanuit de werkplekken vereiste/gewenste kennis en kunde. Door de onvoldoende scholing ondervinden medewerkers toenemende werkdruk, en een afnemende motivatie om constant te blijven leren. Voor Nive is het noodzakelijk gebleken om de leercultuur binnen het bedrijf te bevorderen. Dit willen zij doen in samenwerking met externe adviseurs van vABC. vABC zal in samenwerking met de medewerkers een betere manier van opleiden ontwikkelen en geïmplementeerd, welke een structurele oplossing bieden voor het bovengenoemde probleem.
