In 2019, we want to work on findings on these issues. We want to employ an advisor to Bewegen Werkt for the following activities: 1. Drawing up a note SHO Vitaal. By means of a stakeholder inventory, the consultant draws up a note, further specifying the policy principles. This means that the policy will be in line with our vision and that the activities we want to carry out will contribute to it. 2. Communication about SHO Vitaal. To create awareness, improve the atmosphere around the theme and/or to activate employees, the consultant supports us to write texts and organise meetings. 3. Team development: In this training, participants start using each other’s forces, gain insight into the views of the team, get to know colleagues in a different way, develop areas for improvement and establish team appointments. On to even more beautiful work! 4. Based on the results of the PMO and the note SHO vital workshops are offered to our employees on e.g. nutrition, exercise, sleep and work stress. In 2019 willen we aan de slag met bevindingen ten aanzien van deze aandachtspunten. We willen een adviseur van Bewegen Werkt inzetten voor de volgende activiteiten: 1. Opstellen van een notitie SHO Vitaal. Door middel van een inventarisatie onder stakeholders stelt de adviseur een notitie op, waarin de uitgangspunten voor beleid verder gespecificeerd worden. Dat wil zeggen dat het beleid aan zal sluiten bij onze visie en dat de activiteiten die we willen uitvoeren daaraan bijdragen. 2. Communicatie omtrent SHO Vitaal. Om bewustwording te creëren, de sfeer rondom het thema te verbeteren en/of om medewerkers te activeren, ondersteunt de adviseur ons om teksten te schrijven en bijeenkomsten te organiseren. 3. Teamontwikkeling: In deze training gaan deelnemers aan de slag met het inzetten van elkaars krachten, krijgen ze inzicht in de standpunten van het team, leren ze collega’s op een andere manier kennen, worden verbeterpunten opgesteld en worden teamafspraken vastgelegd. Op naar nog mooier werk! 4. Op basis van de uitkomsten van het PMO en de notitie SHO vitaal worden workshops aangeboden aan onze medewerkers op bijv. de voeding, bewegen, slaap en werkstress. De exacte invulling (vorm en inhoud) wordt in overleg met de medewerkers en de adviseur vastgesteld. (Dutch)
