Eska stelt haar medewerkers eens per 4 jaar in de gelegenheid deel te nemen aan een Periodiek Medisch Onderzoek. Deelname heeft ten doel inzicht te krijgen in die aspecten door voor een duurzame inzetbaarheid van belang zijn. Zowel gezondheid, welzijn en een juiste balans tussen werk en privé zijn daarbij belangrijke aandachtspunten. Voorafgaande aan een onderzoek vind een uitgebreide voorlichting plaats. Elke deelnemer krijgt de beschikking over een eigen portal waarin zijn / haar gegevens worden opgeslagen en adviezen worden gegeven. Naast inzicht voor de medewerker krijgt werkgever adviezen welke aandachtpunten er zijn op de diverse terreinen van Duurzame inzetbarheid en de noodzaak aanwezig is tot het uitzetten van diverse vervolgacties.
